Four teams have made their way through the ELC Legend Series #2 group stage to fight for the lion's share of a €3,000 (~$3,400) prize pool at the offline finals.
The second edition of the Legend Series featured an expanded number of teams, from 12 to 16, and a double-elimination group stage, with only one team per group advancing to the offline finals, in Hamburg.
eSuba got off on the wrong foot but still managed to top Group A after winning three matches straight, the last of which a 16-3 beating of HoP on Cache.
The two Lithuanian teams competing in the tournament, Playing Ducks LN and GameplayDNA, managed to finish at the top of their respective groups, with Robertas "Carcass" Mikuckis's team still dropping a map against Zoctai along the way.
The last slot was fought out by Planetkey and x6tence in Group D, with the Germans scraping a 16-14 Cobblestone win to progress to the next stage.
The offline finals will be held on June 24 in Hamburg at "The Garage", home of "Big Betty", the first mobile esports arena truck in the world. The format is similar to the one used in the group stage, with the only change being that the final two teams will face each other in a best-of-three match.
Qualified teams for the finals:
eSuba
Playing Ducks LN
GameplayDNA
Planetkey
